Cancellations Policy

Because our items are handmade and made to order, cancellations are only possible within a short window after purchase.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
• After this time, orders cannot be cancelled, as materials may have been prepared and work started.

 

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

 

Custom & Personalised Orders

• Once production has begun, custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
• This includes items personalised with letters, colours, names, or custom designs.

Please double-check all details before placing your order.

 

 

 

Changes to Orders

 

If you need to change a detail (such as a letter or colour), contact us immediately after ordering.

We’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once production has started.

 

 

 

Faulty Items

 

This policy does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or damaged.
